When was the Debate Team formed?
The first consistent debate team was formed on year 2013, when the team—now referred to as Team Angel *天使战队*—represented the school in the taking part of a debate competition, and winning the first runner-up.

Champion of the 16th Penang Hokkien Chinese Debate Championship –won by Team Angel
Year 2016
1st runner-up of the 17th Penang Hokkien Chinese Debate Championship –won by current Senior Debaters
Champion of the Penang Parlimentary Chinese Debate Competition –won by current Senior Debaters
2nd runner-up of the National Parlimentary Chinese Debate Competition –won by current Senior Debaters
